Shipping and Payment

Our general information and conditions for shipping:

Shipping takes place via DHL or Deutsche Post.

We ship within Germany as well as to other EU countries and to Switzerland.

Delivery time:

The standard delivery time in Germany is 5 - 10 working days.
With express shipping, the delivery time is shortened to 5 working days.

For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is up to 15 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping and packaging flat rate within Germany:

  • Within Germany we ship all standard orders for €5.00 and free shipping for orders over €50
  • Express shipping: €12.50

Shipping and packaging flat rate for other EU countries:

  • Goods post: €9.00
  • Package: €12.50
  • Express shipping: €17.00

Free shipping for orders over €100.00 (does not apply to express shipping).

Shipping and packaging flat rate Switzerland:

  • Goods post: €11.00
  • Package: €17.00

Free shipping for orders over €150.00 (does not apply to express shipping).

The shipping costs will be displayed in the order overview during checkout.

Payment with Shopify Payments
For payment, we offer you the following payment methods in cooperation with Shopify Payments:

Payment with Paypal
If you pay via PayPal , the processing takes place via our partner PayPal and you also submit a payment order to the payment service provider (PayPal) by clicking on the “order with payment” button. The invoice amount will be debited from your PayPal customer account when the order confirmation is sent.

Just a few steps to payment:
1. At checkout, select “PayPal” as your payment method.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.pergifto.com).

Payment with Klarna
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:
  • Invoice: The payment deadline is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, for other services, from the provision of the service.   • Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice.   • Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.
  • Direct debit: The debit takes place after the goods have been dispatched. The time will be communicated to you by email. (Please only list the payment methods that you offer here.)

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.
